About WINIT 2025
This event is organized by Seoul National University (SNU) Global R&DB Center (GRC), co-organized by ASEAN Smart City Professional Program (ASPP) of SNU GRC, and co-hosted by the University of Mataram. Seoul National University, ranked first university in the Republic of Korea, has made a commitment to transferring Korea’s advanced
technology and policy in the fields of smart city to the world, and building global smart city open innovation networks on the basis of scholarship programs for smart city-related government officials from around the globe since 2003, and with specific regards, from the ASEAN region most recently.
The main objective of WINIT 2025 is first, to contribute to extensive and prolific cooperation towards ‘global growth through sustainable
digital innovation’ and ‘smart civilization via K-global transformation’ in the course of facilitating discussion and sharing profound insight on smart technologies and solutions, business ideas, practical policies, enlightening research and business cases, and emerging challenges; and second, to provide updates on the progress of our past alumni’s policy and business proposals from ink to practice.
We hope that WINIT 2025 will be a cornerstone to promote knowledge sharing, and foster a global community of practice in regards to potential R&DB projects, start-up economy innovation, international business development, and R&DB research, as we believe that global cooperation is one of the cores for global growth and smart civilization.
