Seoul National University, ranked first university in the Republic of Korea, has made a commitment to transferring Korea’s advanced technology and policy in the fields of smart city and digital transformation to the world, and building global smart city and digitalization open innovation networks on the basis of scholarship programs for smart city and digital transformation related government officials from around the globe since 2003, and with specific regards, from the ASEAN region most recently. We hope that WINIT and DIAMOND Symposia 2026 will be a cornerstone to promote knowledge sharing, and foster a global community of practice in regards to potential R&DB projects, start-up economy innovation, international business development, and R&DB research, as we believe that global cooperation is one of the cores for global growth and smart civilization.
