Before you proceed, carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

1. Authors are invited to submit full paper in English.
2. View the theme and scope topics.
3. The length of the submitted paper is at least 5 pages and no more than 8 pages in A4 Paper size
4. The paper must conform to the standard of WINIT Templates for Conference Proceedings. Download TEMPLATE WINIT
5. All review processes are peer-reviews by minimum two reviewers.
6. Full paper must be submitted through Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit  (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/WINIT25) (If you are not familiar with the submission system, please read the following Submission System Tutorial).
